Functional and Yin Yoga with Maggie

I’m Maggie. After I retired from teaching the Sciences at Secondary School, I decided to retrain as a Yoga teacher as I loved yoga so much being passionate about movement, breath, focusing the mind and wellbeing. 

Having been to sound baths experiencing the peace, serenity and journeying during the sessions, I further trained as a sound bath practitioner. Gongs and dragon healing tubes are my main instruments and the deep, resonate frequencies are part of my everyday life. I find peace in Nature and calm even in traffic jams! 

Einstein said the next medicine is frequency and he is totally correct!!
