Baby yoga with Jessie
I am a Zenmama yoga teacher, with a background in holistic massage and wellness. I create a calm, supportive space where you can connect with your baby, your body, and yourself. Post Natal Yoga & Baby Massage classes are designed to help you gently restore strength, release tension, and bond deeply with your baby in a relaxed and supportive environment. You'll be guided through gentle postnatal yoga to aid recovery, improve posture, and ease aches, while baby massage techniques help soothe, calm, and connect with your little one. These sessions are as much about nurturing you as they are about nurturing your baby.
